TROPICAL OUTLOOK NOV 15, 2018


Tropical Wave:
A tropical near 80-79 degrees west is not showing any signs of tropical cyclone formation.

Eslewhere in the tropics all remains quiet.  Tropical cyclone formation is not expected through Saturday.
