WEST COAST NEEDS TO MONITOR THIS LINE OF STORMS OFF SHORE

West coast should monitor this line of storms off shore that has prompted and Marine Warning.  Some cell at times have shown signs of rotation.  Can rule out water spout may be an isolated funnel cloud or tornado even though there are no watch issue for Florida.

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Vermilion Parish in southwestern Louisiana...

* Until 1015 AM CDT
   
* At 912 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 7 miles northeast of Pecan Island, moving northeast at
  15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and tennis ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Intracoastal City, Forked Island, Pecan Island, Esther and Henry.

  was located over Wrights Settlement, or near Buna, moving east at
  30 mph.
