I WILL BE WATCHING THE NORTHWEST CARIBBEAN DURING THE COMING WEEK.  ALTHOUGH THERE IS NOTHING THERE OTHER THAN A TROUGH.  SOME OF THE MODELS CONTINUE TO SHOW DEVELOPMENT AND THEN NOT SHOW DEVELOPMENT.  SO I DON'T WANT ANY SURPRISES AND I WILL KEEP A CLOSE WATCH.  AS LONG AS THIS TROUGH REMAINS IN THAT AREA THE BETTER THE CHANCE FOR A LOW PRESSURE TO FORM IN THIS GENERAL VICINITY.  ITS JUST A PRECAUTION BUT NOTHING TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT AT THIS TIME...RTW
