  extending from Key Biscayne to near Black Point, moving east at 50
  mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

  Northeastern Miami-Dade County in southeastern Florida...

* Until 415 AM EST

* At 343 AM EST, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both
  tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located over
  Miami Springs, or over Hialeah, moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* These dangerous storms will be near...
  North Miami, Miami Shores, El Portal, Little Haiti and Pinewood
  around 350 AM EST.
  Miami Beach, North Bay Village and Golden Glades around 355 AM
  EST.
  Surfside, North Miami Beach and Sunny Isles Beach around 400 AM
  EST.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Fiu
North Campus, Bay Harbor Islands, Allapattah, Virginia Gardens,

...Significant Weather Advisory for frequent to excessive lightning,
small hail, up to 55 mph winds and the development of funnel clouds
for southeastern Collier...Mainland Monroe...Miami-Dade...Broward
and southeastern Palm Beach Counties Until 415 AM EST...

* At 247 AM EST...Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong
thunderstorms with rotation, Capable of producing a funnel cloud
along a line extending from Parkland to 6 miles east of Wilderness
Waterway...and moving southeast at 45 mph.

* In addition, frequent to excessive lightning, gusty winds up to 55
mph, small hail, torrential downpours, or a combination of these
are possible. Lightning is the number one weather related killer
in Florida. Trees and open shelters offer no protection.
These winds can down small tree limbs and branches, and blow around
unsecured small objects. Seek shelter in a safe building until the
storm passes.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
Miami, Hialeah, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood,
Miramar, Coral Springs, West Palm Beach, Pompano Beach, Davie,
Miami Beach, Plantation, Sunrise, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach,
Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Homestead, Tamarac and Wellington.
