...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 100 PM EDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN RANDOLPH AND NORTHWESTERN TERRELL COUNTIES...
       
At 1232 PM EDT, a confirmed tornado was located 9 miles south of
Lumpkin, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado and two inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Bronwood, Parrott, Oakville, Chambliss, Brooksville, Benevolence,
Wades and Yeomans.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in
a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Randolph County in southwestern Georgia...
  Northwestern Terrell County in southwestern Georgia...

* Until 100 PM EDT

* At 1228 PM EDT, a confirmed tornado was located 9 miles south of
  Lumpkin, moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Emergency Management confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northeastern Randolph and northwestern Terrell Counties, including
  the following locations: Oakville, Chambliss, Parrott, Brooksville,
  Benevolence, Wades, Yeomans and Bronwood.
