TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK JUN 30 2017 1204 PM EDT

I continue to monitor a wave south of the Cape Verde Islands or (Cabo Verde).  Most of the models don't suugest much but the GFS continues to suggest some development as it tracks west.
