TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK JULY 18, 2017 0410 PM EDT

No change since last update tropics are quiet accept for tropical storm Don which is already bringing rains and squally conditions to the Windward Islands and Invest 96L in the Central Atlantic with a Low chance for development 30% during the next 48 hrs and 30% during the next five days.
