TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK JULY 12, 2017 0907 PM EDT

The Atlantic remains quiet for now.  Tropical moisture from the Atlantic is courtesy of a trough that moved in from the Bahamas.  There still is one more trough which is near eastern Cuba which are the remnants of T.D 4.  This means more heavy rains over night and urban Flooding along with frequent lightning strikes and gusty winds for Florida.  There are no signs of tropical cyclone formation at this time.
