JOSE WILL BE STUCK IN A WEAK STEERING ENVIRONMENT.

Jose will be stuck in a weak steering environment waiting for Irma to move out of the area.  If High builds west then Jose could end up along the U.S. coast.  Needs to be monitored closely.
