TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK OCT 23, 2017 0832 AM EDT

The Tropics remain quiet, but I am still monitoring the Caribbean for possible development in the coming days.  The National Hurricane Center is giving this system a Medium chance 40% with 5-days.
