* At 101 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Pelican
Shoal. The strong thunderstorm was nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
waves, frequent lightning, and very heavy downpours.
