TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK JUNE 4, 2019 0432 PM EDT

#1 A westward moving tropical wave near 23°/24° West is accompanied by strong to moderate storms along the southern axis of the wave.  This thunderstorm activity is mainly associated with the Monsoonal trough and the ITCZ south of 10° North.  There are no signs of tropical cyclone formation at this time.

#2 A west moving tropical wave near 43° West does not have much thunderstorm associated with it.  There are no signs of tropical cyclone formation at this time.

#3  A west moving tropical wave along 60° West has some strong to moderate storms along the southern axis of the wave which is partially over land.  Development is not expected at this time.

Invest 91L continues to near the coast so the chance for development are low.  Heavy rains will spread over northeast Mexico north through Texas and over the mid plain states in the coming days.  This will produce flooding for those areas already saturated from previous severe storms.

Elsewhere the tropics remain quiet for now.
