Ralph's Tropical Weather (RTW)
1. A westward moving tropical wave near 29°-28° West has some scattered showers and isolated storms on either side of the southern axis of this wave. There are no signs of organization at this time.
2. A westward moving tropical wave near 52°-51° West has some isolated showers and storms along the southern axis of the wave. No signs of organization.
3. A westward moving tropical wave near. 63°-62° West is void of showers and storms.
4. A westward moving tropical wave near 51°-50° West has numerous showers and storms along the southern axis of this wave. This is mainly due to a monsoonal trough in that area.
5. Storm Investigation 94L is being monitored for development. This is a surface trough of low pressure I been monitoring the past few days. This system has a low chance for development 10% within 48 hrs and 20% within 5 days. Pressures are not falling in this area and models suggest slight development before it becomes elongated over the state of Florida. More than likely an enhanced rain and storm system with some squally winds as it moves through the Bahamas and Florida.
