Ralph's Tropical Weather-RTW
1. A strong tropical waves southeast of the Cabo Verde Islands near 19° west continue to have a nice circulation and showing signs of trying to organize. This wave has some potential for slow development as it approaches the northern Leeward Islands and the Greater Antilles. I will continue to watch this wave in the coming days.
2. A westward moving tropical wave near 38° west has plenty of showers and storms along the southern axis of the wave south of 10° north which is enhanced by a monsoon trough in the area of the Atlantic.
3. A westward moving tropical wave near 48°-47° west also has the showers and storms to the south associated with the monsoon trough.
4. A wave that was Invest 95L near 66°-65° is being monitored by NHC for development as this system moves across Puerto Rico and Dominican. There is a LOW chance 10% within five days that this system could develop depending on atmospheric conditions east of Florida.
