EURO MODEL STILL HINTING AT DEVELOPMENT IN THE GULF

I am still monitoring EURO model because it continues to insist on development in the Gulf of Mexico.  As the latest 12z there now seems to be two systems.  You can see that for yourself in the short forecast animation I prepared for you to view.
