Making this brief not much to discuss out there at this time.
I am monitoring 4 tropical waves that are not showing any signs of organization. The only one that was looking rather interesting was the one in the Eastern Caribbean which was previously recognized as Invest 96L. This wave has a weak low/disturbance ahead of it south of Dominican which are the remnants of 96L. Models do not suggest development of this system.
Along the African coast there is a new wave about to emerge off the coast. This seems to be a strong wave with plenty of convection (thunderstorms) associated with it. Models are also not hinting at any development at this time but I will monitor it.
