RALPH'S TROPICAL WEATHER- RTW
1. A westward moving tropical wave near 30°/28° west is void of any thunderstorms at this time. tropical cyclone formation is not expected.
2. A westward moving tropical wave near 58°/56° west is also lacking thunderstorm activity. There are no signs of tropical cyclone formation at this time.
