RTW TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
1. A WESTWARD MOVING TROPICAL WAVE NEAR 55° AND 56° WEST IS PRODUCING SOME SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS EAST OF THE NORTHWEST COAST OF SOUTH AMERICA. THESE SHOWERS AND STORMS ARE BEING SHEARED BY STRONG WESTERLY WINDS SHEAR. THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION AT THIS TIME.
OTHER THAN TROUGHS EAST OF THE US COAST, AND THE YUCATAN AND TROPICAL STORM ARTHUR THE TROPICS SHOULD REMAIN QUIET DURING THE NEXT 5 DAYS.
