THE ONLY GOOD NEW WITH LAURA IS THAT THERE IS NOTHING IN THE STORMS PATH TO STOP THE FORWARD MOTION OF THE TROPICAL CYCLONE AND THIS MEANS THAT IT WILL BE MOVING OVER LAND QUICKLY. THIS PREVENTS MORE FLOODING FROM HEAVY RAINS PRODUCED BY A SLOW MOVING STORM. ALTHOUGH FLASH FLOODS ARE EXPECTED IT WILL NOT BE A STORM THAT STALLS OUT LIKE WE SEEN IN PAST STORM SEASON.
