I SEE WHY THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER HAS BEEN MONITORING THIS SYSTEM.
THERE IS A VERY TIGHT CIRCULATION ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM.
HOWEVER, THE CIRCULATION IS EXPOSED AND THERE ARE NO THUNDERSTORMS NEAR THE CENTER OF CIRCULATION. SO NHC GIVES THIS SYSTEM A LOW CHANCE FOR FORMATION 10% .
IT HAS GONE FROM A MEDIUM CHANCE TO LOW THE ENVIRONMENT THIS LOW IS LOCATED AT IS NOT FAVORABLE FOR DEVELOPMENT AT THIS TIME.
