THE TROPICS REMAIN QUIET FOR NOW.  THREE TROPICAL WAVES TRACKING WEST TWO IN THE ATLANTIC AND ONE IN THE CARIBBEAN.  NONE ARE SHOWING SIGNS OF ORGANIZATION.
