Agatha is looking more and more like a hurricane. The tropical cyclone is could become a hurricane at anytime. Hurricane force winds and heavy rains will move on shore Sunday night. Life-threatening flash floods and landslides is the main concern with this cyclone.
The remnant low of Agatha is forecast to traverse Mexico and emerge over the Bay of Campeche or The Northwest Caribbean and possibly redevelop into a depression or tropical storm Alex. Not sure if Agatha will regain hurricane status in the Gulf or Northwest Caribbean. Agatha has a low 30% formation chance within 5 days. Stay tuned for the latest!
