Still monitoring the Caribbean and off the coast of Africa since some strong storms have been rolling off the coast. Sahara dust continues to plague this area and point west over the Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico. So this has helped suppress activity for now. Upper level shear is favorable in some small pockets and moderate to strong in other areas. I will continue to watch it for you.
