TROPICAL WAVE #1 HAS STRONG TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND STORMS WITH PLENTY OF MOISTURE. SEEMS LIKE A HEALTHY SYSTEM WITH SOME POTENTIAL FOR DEVELOPMENT, HOWEVER, AHEAD OF THE WAVE AND INTO THE CARIBBEAN DRY AIR PERSIST AT THIS TIME AND MOST OF THE MODELS SHOW A SHORT LIVED SYSTEM.
AN UPPER LEVEL LOW, NON-TROPICAL IN NATURE IS TRACKING WEST. THIS UL IS NEAR THE EASTERN BAHAMAS. MOISTURE IS EN-TRAINING INTO THE LOWS INFLOW AND COVERS A PORTION OF THE NORTHERN CARIBBEAN AND DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. DRY AIR, IS TRAILING BEHIND THIS LOW AS IT TRACKS WESTWARD OVER THE BAHAMAS, AND FLORIDA.
ELSEWHERE CONDITIONS ARE UNFAVORABLE FOR DEVELOPMENT IN THE ATLANTIC CARIBBEAN SEA AND GULF OF MEXICO.
