TROPICS ARE QUIET FOR NOW AS JULIA CONTINUES TO DROPP HEAVY RAINS OVER CENTRAL AMERICA AND MEXICO.
A DISORANZIED AREA OF SHOWERS AND STORMS ASSOCIATED WITH JULIA'S OUTFLOW WILL BE MOVING INTO THE BAY OF CAMPECHE (SOUTHERN GULF). AS JULIA DISSPIPATES OR CONTINUES TO MOVE FURTHER INTO THE EAST PACIFIC A LOW COULD FORM IN THE SOUTHERN GULF AND COULD DEVELOP IN THE COMING DAYS OR INTO NEXT WEEK. A LOW THAT SITS AROUND COULD DEVELOP TROPICAL CHARACTERICS, SO I WILL KEEP AN EYE ON IT.
ELEWHERE THE TROPICS ARE QUIET!
