AS JULIA DISSPIPATES OR CONTINUES TO MOVE FURTHER INTO THE EAST PACIFIC A LOW COULD FORM IN THE SOUTHERN GULF AND COULD DEVELOP IN THE COMING DAYS OR INTO NEXT WEEK. A LOW THAT SITS AROUND COULD DEVELOP TROPICAL CHARACTERICS, SO I WILL KEEP AN EYE ON IT.
