You can see the bend back to the south with most of the models. An indication that there
is blocking of this storm system most likely due to stationary frontal boundary to the north
and west of Rafael.
You can see in the national three day map that the front does not move much to the east and
becomes stationary trapping Rafael in the central Gulf.
