I am monitoring the southern Caribbean through next week as ensemble models are hinting at development. A tropical wave that moved over the windward islands, producing strong gusty winds and heavy downpours, is now in the eastern Caribbean. There is not as much convective activity associated with it as there was last night, but I will monitor it into next week as it could enhance the storm activity in the southern Caribbean. Also there is is an upper-low moving through the central Caribbean that could also enhanced storms in the Southern Caribbean.
As for the investigation east of the Bahamas ensemble models, they do not show much development with this system.
