TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK JULY 12, 2019

...Tropical Weather Discussion...

1. INVEST 93L... A strong tropical wave associated with low pressure near 40° and 35° West has a 20% chance for development within 48 hrs and within 5-days per NHC.  Models are showing slight development and short lived as it tracks west into unfavorable environment.  Non of the models suggest a strong system at this time but it will be monitored.

2.  A westward moving tropical wave near 57°-55° West has some thunderstorms ahead of the wave axis.  These thunderstorms will be moving through the Windward islands today and tonight.  Expect squally conditions with brief heavy downpours.

3.  A westward moving tropical wave near 61°-65° West is not showing any signs of organization as the northern axis moves through the Caribbean and the Southern axis over Venezuela.

4.  A westward moving tropical wave near 84°-83° West is approaching the Nicaragua/Honduras coast.  Showers and storms are north of Panama and I don't believe these showers and storms are associated with this wave.
