TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK JULY 15, 2019


TROPICAL OUTLOOK
JULY 15, 2019 1136 AM EDT

1.  A westward moving tropical wave near 41°-39° West has some showers associated along the axis but its minimal.  There are no signs of organization at this time.

2.  A westward moving tropical wave 55°-53° West has minimal isolated showers on either side of the waves axis.  There are no signs of tropical cyclone formation at this time.

3.  A westward moving wave possibly related with what the Hurricane center was calling Invest 93L is now in the Caribbean North of Curacao and it has strong to moderate showers and storm along the waves axis.  None of the models are suggesting development, but if the thunderstorm storm activity persist, I will continue to monitor it.  There are no signs of tropical cyclone formation at this time.

4.  A westward moving tropical wave approaching Nicaragua/ Honduras coast has some strong to moderate showers and storms along the southern waves axis and some have already moved inland and some are still over the southern Caribbean.  This wave will soon be added to the East Pacific Outlook as it continues west and out of the Caribbean.  There are no signs of development.

Barry continues to train showers and storms northeastward Over LA, MO, MS, TN, AL and point north of these states.  Life-threatening Floods continue as Barry Low continues to track slowly north-northeast.  Stay tuned to NOAA weather radio and local media for updates.
