AREA WHERE DORIAN CAN EXPLODE INTO A MAJOR STORM

This area near the Bahamas is dust free, sea surface temperatures are warm perfect breeding ground for a tropical cyclone thrive.  The only thing that can cool the ocean in that is T.D. SIX which is meandering near by.
