DORIAN SATELLITE REVIEW
AUG 26, 2019...0219 PM EDT
RALPH'S TROPICAL WEATHER
DORIAN HAS BEEN DEFYING DRY AIR AND SOME WIND SHEAR AND HAS MANAGED TO STRENGTHEN SOME THIS MORNING. HOWEVER, THAT MAY HAVE HALTED TEMPORARILY AS CLOUD TEMPS HAVE BEEN WARMING. THIS FLUCTUATION IN THUNDERSTORMS HAS BEEN A HISTORY WITH THIS STORM.
VISIBLE SHOWS FEATHERING OF CLOUDS AN INDICATION OF SOME WIND SHEAR IN THE AREA. OVER ALL THE CLOUDS ARE BEGINNING TO SHOW SIGNS OF OUTFLOW BANDING AND INFLOW BANDING. SLOW STRENGTHENING MAY OCCUR LATER BEFORE SUN SET IN THAT AREA.
