SAHARA DUST NORTH OF 99L COULD SLOW DOWN ANY DEVELOPNENT

I been analyzing the Sahara dust model carefully and if this dust ball above 99L moves west with it,  that could possibly slow down any rapid development of this system.  Will have to wait and see.  That is a lot of dust in that area and so far the wave ahead of 99L is void of any showers and storms because of this dry air.
