STORM INVESTIGATION 96L AUG 3, 2019

Storm Investigation 96L

Ralph's Tropical Weather- RTW

96L still trying to develop and it still has a slight chance for development before it runs into some moderate upper level shear.

There is dry air traveling with this wave to the northwest of the wave northern axis which has been keeping it from developing.

So some development is possible as it passes to the north of the Leeward islands and then further strengthening as it recurves to the northeast over the open Atlantic.
