TROPICAL STORM DORIAN

RALPH'S TROPICAL WEATHER- RTW
DORIAN THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO FLUCTUATE IN AND OUT AS THE STORM TRIES TO DEVELOP FURTHER. DORIAN REMAINS A COMPACT STORM AT THIS TIME WITH A SMALL WIND FIELD RADIUS. THE CYCLONE IS NOT EXPECTED TO REACH HURRICANE STRENGTH UNTIL IT MOVES THROUGH THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN. HOWEVER, IT CONTINUES TO SHOW SIGNS OF ORGANIZATION AT THIS TIME AND IT NOW HAS THE HEATING OF THE DAY TO FUEL THIS SYSTEM. SO WE COULD SEE IT REACH HURRICANE STATUS EARLIER IF THIS TREND CONTINUES.
SO FAR MOST OF THE MODELS SHOW A WEAK SYSTEM AND DISSIPATION AS IT ENTERS INTO THE CARIBBEAN, BUT NOW THE EURO MODEL HAS BECOME BULLISH AND HINTS AT POSSIBLY A HURRICANE MAKING LANDFALL AROUND THE ORLANDO AREA. THE PREVIOUS MODEL RUN SUGGESTED THE SAME AREA FOR LANDFALL BUT AS A WEAK LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM.
THERE IS TO MUCH UNCERTAINTY WHEN IT COMES TO THE INTENSITY FORECAST AND ALSO THE TRACK. SO ALL WE CAN DO IS CONTINUE TO MONITOR THIS SYSTEM DURING THIS WEEK.
