STORM INVESTIGATION AFTERNOON UPDATE

STORM INVESTIGATIONS IN THE ATLANTIC AFTERNOON UPDATE
SEPT 10, 2019...0346 PM EDT
RALPH'S TROPICAL WEATHER- RTW

THE ONLY SYSTEM AT THIS TIME, THAT SEEMS TO BE TRYING TO ORGANIZE IS THE SURFACE TROUGH  NORTH OF HAITI AND DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.  SHOWERS AND STORMS ARE BECOMING MORE NUMEROUS.  LOW PRESSURE COULD FORM ALONG THIS TROUGH BEFORE IT MAKES IT TO FLORIDA ENHANCE HEAVY SHOWERS AND STORMS FOR THE BAHAMAS TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY AND FLORIDA BY FRIDAY AND THE WEEKEND.  POSSIBLE HEAVY RAINS SQUALLY CONDITIONS AND LIGHTNING AS THIS SYSTEM PASSES THROUGH THE BAHAMAS AND FLORIDA.

DEVELOPMENT IF ANY WILL MORE THAN LIKELY OCCUR AS THIS TRACKS OVER FLORIDA AND ENTERS THE EASTERN GULF OF MEXICO BY SUNDAY OR MONDAY.

I WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR THIS ONE CLOSELY!

NHC FORMATION CHANCE:

*FORMATION CHANCE THROUGH 48 HOURS LOW 10%
*FORMATION CHANCE THROUGH 5-DAYS LOW 30%

THE OTHER TWO STORM INVEST NOT MUCH IS GOING ON WITH THEM AT THIS TIME.  DEVELOPMENT FOR AT LEAST ONE OF THEM WOULD NOT BE LIKELY NOW UNTIL IT MOVES INTO THE CARIBBEAN.

FORMATION CHANCE HAVE NOT CHANGED FOR THE ATLANTIC INVEST.  SAME AS THIS MORNING.

RTW

I BORROWED TROPICAL TIDBITS SAT IMAGE TO DRAW THIS SCENARIO.
THERE IS PLENTY OF LIGHTNING ASSOCIATED WITH THIS TROUGH
