DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 1100 PM AST (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Kyle was
located near latitude 40.0 North, longitude 60.4 West. Kyle is
moving toward the east-northeast near 20 mph (31 km/h) and this
general motion is forecast to continue tonight. A turn toward
the east is expected by late Sunday and continue into Monday.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 45 mph (75 km/h) 
with higher gusts. Gradual weakening is expected to continue 
through Sunday, and Kyle is forecast to become post-tropical Sunday 
morning.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 175 miles (280 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1002 mb (29.59 inches).
