THE TROPICS ARE QUIET FOR NOW!

 

  • The tropical wave between 45° and 40° remains void of thunderstorms.  There are no signs of organization.  
  • Numerous showers and storms in the Central Caribbean associated with a surface trough/moisture tail from the low pressure system near the Georgia coast.  There are no signs of organization at this time.  
  • I will continue to monitor the Caribbean for development as we near June.
