- PTC2 still not well defined and not a tropical storm. NHC still thinks it could become a tropical storm before it makes landfall.
- Invest 95L remains disorganized with no thunderstorms associated with it. It almost looks like it already moved inland as a circulation moved on shore northern Gulf earlier dragging all the rain northward. NHC giving this system a Low chance 30-30% for development.
- As for Atlantic Invest it has a slim chance for development with unfavorable conditions ahead of it. Low chance 10-10%.
- After these system dissipate it will be quiet in the tropics until mid July when conditions gear up for August and September.
- There is another strong wave about to move off the African coast tomorrow. I don't think it will hold together for very long no worries.
