...DRY AIR IN THE ATLANTIC STILL SUPPRESSING STORM ACTIVITY...

 

Strong wave off the African coast, however there is to much dry air for development at this time.  I will continue to monitor it as it moves through a dry environment.  Tropical cyclone formation is not expected through Wednesday.
