...SAHARA DUST AND DRY AIR STILL DOMINATING THE ATLANTIC...STRONG WAVE EMERGING OFF AFRICAN COAST...

 

Sahara Dust and Dry Air still encompasses the Atlantic and any storm that comes in contact with this dry environment, tend to fizzle out with no chance for development.  

At this time there is another strong wave about to emerge off the African coast that has a large area of moisture associated with it.  If this moisture persist as it tracks west then some chance for development could occur. However, once again that is if the moisture holds up in this dry environment.
