- The new storm Invest east of Savannah GA had a nice center of circulation earlier today, but now seems to be less pronounced. However, whether this system develops or not, it will produce heavy rains and a potential for flash flooding is likely tonight and of Saturday. This system forecast to track northeast along the coast. So far models are not hinting at strong development and this system has a Low 10-10% formation chance.
- Invest/tropical wave east of the Leeward Islands will be moving into unfavorable environment, and formation chance are low 10-10%. Heavy rains and gusty winds will spread over the Leeward islands tonight and Saturday.

Near the Southeastern US: Satellite and radar images along with surface observations indicate that a low pressure system has formed just off the coast of Savannah, Georgia.
