SAHARA DUST AND DRY AIR KEEPING INVEST 97L SUPPRESSED.  THERE IS A LOW 0% CHANCE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM.  ELSEWHERE THE TROPICS REMAIN QUIET FOR NOW.  I STILL SAY THAT MID TO LATTER HALF OF AUGUST WE WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BEGIN TO SEE MORE ACTIVITY.

due to unfavorable environmental conditions while it moves 
west-northwestward at 15 to 20 mph during the next few days.
