..PHILIPPE HEAVY RAINS AND GUSTY WINDS AND FLOODS AFFECTING THE LESSER ANTILLES..

 

Philippe has been spreading heavy rains and storms with gusty winds over a large area of the Lesser Antilles over the past night. These rains will persist today as Philippe slowly drifts west. Satellite shows Philippe clouds spreading west over the eastern Caribbean this morning. If the turn to the north does not occur soon, these rains could spread over Puerto Rico as well.
