..POTENTIAL TROPICAL CYCLONE FIVE UPDATE 1100 AM EDT..

Potential Tropical Cyclone Five brings gusty winds in squalls with heavy rains and flooding to the Leeward Islands and Puerto Rico in the next day or so. This system remains disorganized as it is moving at 26 mph forward speed, and this is producing wind shear over the storm's structure. As it makes that turn to the northwest, it will slow down, and when it exits the island chain and moves over the Atlantic waters, we will see Five strengthen into Ernesto.
