Good afternoon!. I been looking at the inter-tropical convergence zone which is the area circled on the map between Africa and South America below 10° North and above the equator 0° North.
This area looks locked and loaded with precipitable water. There is plenty of moisture for development in this area of the Atlantic. Upper level conditions are also favorable in this area. There are no signs of tropical cyclone formation in this area at this time.

Sea Surface Temperatures are nice and warm across the Inter-tropical conversion zone
and in the Caribbean.Inter-tropical convergence zone below in the yellow circle.
Precipitable water forecast in the ITCZ is favorable for tropical cyclone formation plenty of moisture.
