Storm Investigation 96L

Ralph's Tropical Weather- RTW
Invest 96L in the Central Atlantic now has a 70% chance for development. So far most models have that turn north and east some earlier than others. If that trend continues then the Eastern Seaboard has nothing to worry about. However, its still to early to tell. I will have a full update on blog tomorrow morning.
