STORM INVESTIGATION 94L UPDATE

RALPH'S TROPICAL WEATHER- RTW
Latest update on Invest 94L is that its down from a MED 60% formation chance to a MED 50%. More than likely due to dry air further west of this system. There is a more favorable area for development east of the Northern Leeward as this system moves into this area if weather conditions hold.
