LOOKING AT WIND SHEAR, SEA SURFACE TEMPS AND SAHARA DUST IN THE CARIBBEAN

 

This could be a problem for tropical development in the Caribbean if the wind shear and Sahara dust lingers in the area.  Water temps are nice a warm for development.
