PTC One is still disorganized as it speeds northeast toward the west coast of Florida. The disturbance still has plenty of moisture basically to the east of where the elongated center is located. To the west of the center its all dry air and it is moving in behind the disturbance. Flooding rains continue over western Cuba and south Florida. Winds are not that strong and no signs of a tropical storm forming. Intensity model still hinting at a tropical storm and maybe a Cat 1, but a Cat 1 would more than likely occur when it moves off shore the east coast of Florida. We continue to monitor, but as it is now flooding is the main concern.RTW
