A dominant Azores High Pressure continues to steer PTC Two westward at low latitudes. This should track the storm system close the the northern coast of South America. This should not allow this storm to develop much until it moves over the Southern Caribbean.
At that time it should develop some and maybe reach Cat one hurricane status.
Heavy rain gusty winds to tropical storm force will spread over Trinidad and to Tobago Southern Windward Islands this evening and spread westward along north coast of south America during this week.
